We do our best to accommodate our clients by accepting as many insurance plans as is financially feasible. Ultimately, what you owe is determined by your insurance plan and we have no power over this.

Occasionally

An insurance company/ plan will indicate that the copay for acupuncture is $xx.xx but if other services are performed the copay changes, usually increases. Other services include, cupping or gua sha as well as evaluation codes, such as during your first visit. This is rare but it happens and again, we don’t have any power of this either.

Value for value exchange

It is our utmost priority that we provide the best service to our client’s as it is within our capability. Sometimes that means doing less, and sometimes it means doing things that aren’t covered by your insurance plan. You can always tell us if you would rather limit out of pocket expenses or prefer to go full steam ahead.
